REHAB

Clinical Assessment

We start by analyzing your movements and help identify postures and positions that may create stress and pain in certain areas.

Soft Tissue Treatment

Our first goal is to get rid of your pain. We can typically reduce your pain significantly in 1-3 visits.

Pre & Post Rehab Training

We will show you exercise “resets” and self mobilization techniques to help you increase mobility after your visit.

Physical Therapy

Our on-site physical therapist is available for the rehabilitation of any chronic injuries and pain issues. We use a therapist to ensure are healthy enough to train, we also use this as an addition to your program design.

RECOVERY

Sports Massage

Massage for sports injuries not only concentrates on existing injuries but can also help prevent injuries.

Cupping Therapy

Used to provide relief to athletes experiencing various sport-related injuries and soreness.

Stretch Therapy

We use a combination of our mobility program, myo-fasica stretching, and (PNF) pro-pralceptional neuromuscular facilitation to target specific muscle groups to increase flexibility, and improve muscular strength.

Cryo & Compression

Compression is an effective way to increase blood flow, flush lactic acid to speed up recovery time after exercise.
