Bridging the gap between rehab and personal training. We safely get you back to your fitness goals after physical therapy. by focusing on specific exercises, form, and technique.

Our programs include posture, mobility, and strength training.

All our programs include 3 sub programs.

  • Injury prevention corrective exercise program
  • Mobility Range of Motion program
  • Goal oriented strength & Conditioning program

How it works

1. Assessment

We start you off with a comprehensive body assessment that is used to design your program. the three tests included in the assessment are:

  • POSTURE SCREENING
    Test for risk injuries due to muscle imbalances that are created by sitting, sleeping or standing posture which can lead to movement injuries.
  • FUNCTIONAL ANATOMY MOVEMENT TEST
    Testing for potential gym or sports injuries by showing us your bodies deficit such as biomechanics, jumping, landing side-to-side activities, acceleration, deceleration and strength compared to the opposite side.
  • SOFT TISSUE ASSESSMENT
    A palpation test to assess the risk of gym or sports injuries due to adhesions, scar tissue and trigger points in the body, that can lead to tight or weak muscles, tendons and ligaments.

2. Corrective Exercise Program

We start with a 4-6 week training program that focuses on building the foundation for future programs by addressing your muscle imbalances and relearning good form and techniques to avoid injuries. 

3. Mobility Training

A compliment to your corrective exercise program. We focus on teaching you how to release your joints and tight muscles using bands, foam rollers, lacrosse balls and other mobility tools. 

4. Strength Training

After you have successfully completed the corrective exercise program, you are ready to start your fitness journey. This 4-12 week training program focuses on your fitness goals. We will select specific exercises that will help burn the most calories, get you faster, strengthen your core and build functional strength.
