 My mission is to take your sports or gym injuries through a strength rehab program designed to fix and prevent you from re-injuring yourself.

JJ, owner and founder of FITNESS360NYC started his company in 2010 by integrating massage therapy and personal training within the same program. 

 

He saw a gap in the physical therapy to personal training industry and created a hybrid program that focuses on helping patients transition from rehab to a pain-free lifestyle. His background as a strength trainer and sports massage therapist allows him to blend both modalities into each session. Using this unique approach, he is able to address both the injury while also strengthening the surrounding muscles. By doing so you are able to recover while still meeting your fitness goals.

 

JJ splits his time between being on the road with Pro athletes and in NYC directly working with clients. His clients are individuals who are dealing with chronic injuries yet still want to continue training or playing sports. He starts his clients off with an assessment to understand why they are in pain and how he is going to fix it, he calls this the game plan. Each session starts with a treatment followed by specific exercises to address your problem.

 
The ideal goal is to be on our 90-day program, which is designed to build a foundation that will not only prevent you from re-injuring yourself but also quickly get you back on track with your fitness goals!
